General meetings

As part of its governance process the Institute holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May of each year. The business of the AGM is to receive the annual report and financial statements and approve the appointment of the officers, scrutineers and auditors for the next year. In addition the Council or members may call a Special General Meeting to carry out any other business required under the Institute Bye-Laws.
