In celebration of International Women’s Day and this year’s IWD theme, Give to Gain, this online Mentoring Circle invites women across the profession to reflect on sustaining energy, focus, and wellbeing in practice. As the year gathers pace, this session provides space to connect with peers in a facilitated conversation, sharing experiences and practical approaches to sustainable success.

Move beyond reporting and analysis to truly drive business performance and strategy.  As your technical skills evolve, your success as a business partner will depend more heavily on better human engagement and stronger commercial acumen. This course provides a framework for developing as a business partner, highlighting and practising the capabilities required to embrace your business; gain trust, persuasively influence and constructively challenge your business colleagues.

A practical introduction to prompt design for accountants. You will learn repeatable prompting frameworks, how to specify role task and format, how to improve output quality through constraints and iteration, and how to apply verification and risk controls for responsible use in professional work.

This course helps members to take that first step into practice. It covers the basics of compliance and what you need to do to make a success of a practice. Members are advised of the pitfalls and given insights and valuable tips, including presentations by two leading practitioners on their practice stories.

This interactive, in-person Mentoring Circle explores leadership as influence, presence, and decision-making- not just formal titles. The session includes a panel discussion hosted by Charlotte Rose Keating, followed by mentoring-circle discussions where participants share perspectives and learning. Open to new and returning members, the focus is on how influence, collaboration, and credibility show up in day-to-day work across roles, supporting trusted, sustainable business leadership at all career stages.
