About Seomra Salainn
Seomra Salainn came out of a love for my son, who was born with breathing issues along with Eczema.
Due to these health issues, we came across Salt Therapy from my wife’s research into natural solutions to both of these health issues. When we brought him to one of the salt room therapies, it had an immediate effect on his health both in terms of his breathing and being able to sleep properly at night. His Eczema after only the first session showed a visible difference when you check the exposed skin against the rest of his body. We then booked block sessions to get him to the point where he was a much healthier and happy child. However, like all families with both parents working we have not had the time in recent years to keep this up. We now also have a daughter with severe Psoriasis and Eczema. I started to look for a perfect location to set up Seomra Salainn, that would be removed from the busy environment of Dublin. The surroundings of Cnoc Dubh Square give a perfectly relaxing space in the lovely village of Ballyboughal.
The addition of our New Wellness Centre has further allowed “A Natural way to wellness” with the addition of:
