2019 Income tax return Form 11

Revenue published a new Tax and Duty Manual Part 38-01-04D to highlight the updates and changes to the 2019 Form 11. The 2019 ROS Form 11 has been available since 1 January 2020 in both the online and offline ROS facilities.

The 2019 Form 11 has been updated for loss relief for self-employed individuals adversely impacted by COVID-19 restrictions (in the Self Employed Income panel).

The 2019 Form 11 reflects the changes introduced in the Finance Act 2019, including updated credits and rates, and other reporting requirements. The changes and additional questions and/or validations are referenced in the new manual. An update on presentational changes to the Statement of Net Liabilities is also included.
