Decision to Investigate
4.Where the Conduct Committee considers that there is a good reason to investigate an Allegation, it shall:
 (a)refer the Allegation for investigation by the Executive Counsel;
 (b)direct whether the investigation should be delegated to the appropriate Recognised Supervisory Body; and
 (c)direct if the investigation shall be overseen by the Case Management Committee.
5.Where the Conduct Committee decides not to refer the Allegation for investigation, it may refer the matter back to the Case Examiner to resolve using constructive engagement.
6.The Conduct Committee may delegate the decisions at Rules 4 and 5 to the Case Management Committee.
